I have 2 major areas of concern regarding the Rockwell sonicrafter; it gets to damn hot, which requires an-add on handle or heat deflector attachment. My second concern is trying to find replacement accessories without paying such high prices. Far too many products are sold in this manner; sell the main product low and then charge 30%-50% for an accessories or replacement parts. I just happen to have a "Bullet" mixer that cost $50 and they want $30+ for a replacement blade that shouldn't have broken in the first place. Thirty or ninety day warranties are bull and now they want to sell you extended service for 2, 3, 5 year plans.
