I used the Sonicrafter to do some jobs around the house. The sonicrafter works for me. It is good for cutting grout, scoring tile, cutting smaller pieces of wood (not plywood I found), etc. The attachments do tend to come loose during use. I've found that attaching the accessories firmly and then give an extra turn until you here a click will be tight enough. If you have heavy duty work, then I would use some heavy duty tools.
