This is a great tool, I know that there have been complaints about the connection coming loose, but if you take your time and line it up the correct way it tightens up just fine. I used the sonicrafter to scrape and sand outside window frames and the thing just wouldn't quit, it never over-heated and I worked it hard! I have used "detail sanders" in the past and they always gave out before I did. The Rockwell Sonicrafter is easy to use, doesn't vibrate out of your hand and didn't overheat with continuous use by my son and by me. I do recommend it!!
