I've used this tool while remodeling my bathroom this month. I cut an exact rectangle in the bottom of a cabinet to accommodate an air conditioning duct and it fit perfect. I used the scraper to get old lining paper out from the drawers. I sanded in tight places that I normally would have to do by hand. I have never had such an exact cutting and sanding tool like the Sonicrafter. This is the perfect tool if remodeling is the job your doing.
