I recently installed a Pergo laminate floor in my finished basement. There were three door frames that needed to be undercut to install the floor. With the Sonicrafter the job was easy. Using the semi-circle blade I cut right through the frames with ease. The cut was straight on the mark I made. Since the tool uses oscillations it was really easy staying on the line. I have also used the plunge blade for some other work and that made for some easy cutting. The first time I used the plunge blade, it came loose from the tool.
