I bought this item for a specific job (cutting the sub floor around walls) but it turns out I keep finding jobs for this tool to do. I have used the scraper blade to remove the cove base molding in kitchen (they used floor glue). The trimming blade to remove wood under a sliding door as I tried to put the new sub floor down. It is great for trimming along walls, I have used it to make holes in sheet rock and the sanding pads are great for rough or smooth take down of material (wood, glue, solder).
