I received my Sonicrafter about a month ago and have used it on a couple of projects. My co-worker and I have made the same comment - "how did we get along without this tool." Very flexible and durable.
I say durable and then I must say that the on/off switch became intermittent. I called Rockwell and they are shipping me a complete new kit! No issues, no push back. They are sending a new one even before I return my old tool! I really appreciate a company with that kind of attitude.
